BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delayed delivery or non-delivery of prepaid orders, wrong order received, dis-honouring return & refund policies and non-responsiveness in customer service. Consumers allege that after ordering and paying for a product, extended delays result anywhere from 6-7 weeks on average,some have received defective products and incorrect colours and sizes.
Attempts to contact the company via phone and emails go unanswered which result in missing the 30 day deadline set out by the company in their return policy. The company was sent a letter on June 14, 2011 requesting they address these concerns in writing by June 21, 2011 with a plan to eliminate the reasons for the pattern. BBB has received no response from the company.

Notice how the response had NOTHING to do with the company's performance ?
Zero response to internally generated (off their own website)
Notthing mentioning NEVER answering the phone, at all THREE of their identical concerns:

AND .... just try "Tye" calling your phishing 888 toll free number.
They ( Tye) (or whomever you are) apparently have more time to attack the "opinion" from BBB of Vancouver, BC I included rather than to answer the customer service tickets I have sent to canadianoutfooters. Thank God I recieved identical goods from Amazon. I give this type of business ZERO credibility. What a joke.
If you rebutt in a weak, facil attempt again I will post all three phone numbers, OH WAIT..... you don't answer phones or emails ...... FAIL
Citibank is just waiting for you to try and charge my card, troll.

The BBB has NO TEETH!! They have no power to force a business to do anything. They are as much of a scam as the companies they supposedly monitor. The truth is ANYONE can BUY an A+ rateing. All it takes is paying cash. If you research a bit more you will find this to be factual.
