cobra tag was first made by somebody so i couldnt make my invention due to cobra tag but i saw on tv a canadian tire commercial with my idea keys and cell phone finder they call it tile mate bluetooth tracker

The only proof you can show anyone is that if you have filed for a provisional or utility patent. If you haven't even started the process, no one is stealing your idea. The same idea can be from different people at different location in the world at around the same time.
