canadianextractshemp.com canadian extracts Fraud on Trial products North York ontario

I applied for a free Trial with canadian extracts a small bottle of hemp oil extract, i was asked to pay shipping only $4.95 US. as per the AD. I also recieved a jar of anti wrinkle cream 30ml, which was not advertised with hemp oil extract trial. This was done i got the products a bottle of hemp oil and a jar of face cream.

I didnt realize it was on automatic shipping since at the time it did not say automatic shipping .When i received a second set of products i immediately checked my bank account and called the company, i was charged on the 13th Sept., 2020  $134.64 cdn, and on11th Sept.2020  $132.15cdn.  I was told to return the items for a refund only if i gave them the post information.  It was done.  I was refunded .

Upon checking my account i realized i was charged again on 12th Oct  2020  $134.64 cdn and on the Oct 14th, 2020 , $132.15 cdn

I called and spoke Laurie who said she was the account manager, she would not give her last name. She told me that a free trial does not mean free sample products and i had to pay for the trial products which i received. this is the Ad that was posted : CONFIRM YOUR EXCLUSIVE TRIAL NOW, LIMITED QUANTITES AVAILABLE. JUST PAY SHIPPING. $4.95US

SO BOTTOM LINE, I WAS CHARGED FOR A SUPPOSEDLY TRIAL OFFER FULL PRICE.

I sincerely hope that something positive can come out of this report for all those who has been affected include myself and get a refund.  I still cannot understand why one would have to pay full price for something that was deemed a Trial Offer pay shipping only. False advertising.
