Ordered merchandise in May, never received. Contacted every month and continually said I would be getting a tracking number soon.
Over and over again; no packaged ever reshipped. They led me on and on. In September, I asked for a refund. Website promises refunds in 30 days.
Again, more promises. I must have emailed them 20 times over 6 months by online chat.
Now, end of October and I will never get my merchandise or a refund.
