To our lose, mr.Igor from Westport, CT did not get his kitchen finished on time becasue most material ordered was custom made which took much longer to receive then expected (including electrical material), since we placed the order Mr. Igor thought we were the reason for delay, in reality it wasn't in our hands (because of the delay in material) in addition Mr.Igor ordered cabinets from a company in which some cabinets were missing & it took about 2 months to get. As per getting 95% of the payment and only completing 5% of work, this is not true, we work with a pymt schedule according to progress of work done. We are a company that thrives to keep our clients happy, unfortunately when it is out of our control we can do nothing.

First and most important: for those who is in doubt! Rip off report is a powerful and productive tool in consumer hands. I just have received a phone call from my contractor mentioning that he has lost several customers; because of the research they did on line and found my report.
As a physician, who's practice being supervised and scrutinized by so many state and federal organizations, I was more than upset to find out that there very few mechanisms in place to apply pressure on your contractor.
In any event,
I would like to update my report in order to give my contractor a second chance.
I hired Canedo Home Improvement Company through Direct Buy of Fairfield. When I discussed my problems with Direct By they helped me a lot to improve communication with contractor, but also mentioned that their rules are very strict and Mr.Canedo has done major project for their customers without single complain.
Also, my project was eventually finished (despite the delay) and Mr.Canedo was in my house twice after, to follow up and to fix some little things related to the project.
