Capital Advocate Ignoring my calls and email request Nationwide

 I started with this company on 7/31/15. I cancelled services with them 9/28/15 due to not receiving assistance with my creditors that harassed me the entire time. I sent 205.27 every pay period and they never used those funds to sort out with the creditors. They was making them wait and made it worse for me. I am requesting the 3 payments that was made in the amount of 205.27 each time. Every time I call to speak with the manager they say she's not in and tell me to call back at a certain time and of course she's gone for the day. I sent the manager a email and yet to hear from her....bad business do not use there services you will get burnt.
