Capital Auto Finance will not accept payoff amount after having it ok'd by supervisor Plano Texas

i sold my bike & was assured by capital auto finance that it was good until a certain date,the bank issued a bank draft & also was assured that the payoff amount was correct & will accept the amount,then they turned around & said that they wouldn't accept it until they get a check in the mail for the payoff,wich is now more because they added more interest to it,this is bad business practice on there part,i will make sure i don't deal with them any more,sounds like they like to lie to people or just plain don't care,or know what there doing & don't care
