*General Comment: Be very careful
*Consumer Suggestion: Be VERY Careful When Selecting A Merchant Service Provider
Stay far away from this company!!! They promise the world to you. When you try to resolve an issue, they are not available. We have been an established account with Capital Bank Card. They have constantly played the, Fee increase game. We are tired of playing it. We have Merchant Service Company's come in off the street with considerable savings. We will be done these Bandits by the end of the month. Good reddens!!!!!

I own a PCI solution company. I work with ISO's helping their merchants with PCI. Most of them mark it up. Many of them don't tell new accounts until after 3 months that there will be PCI fees. I don't agree with that process at all but that is the ISO call.
I would insist that any PCI fees are included in the contract and really, the industry norm is about 80 bucks. Our company charges a fraction of that but then the ISO marks it up anyway.
We have a couple that pass it through at cost and some that even absorb the fees themselves.
Just be careful when signing that they are disclosing all of the fees.

I agree, if you are unhappy then you have to look for a new merchant service provider; BE CAREFUL; there are so many with extremely POOR reputations and background.
There is a site that I have put together that will help you research processors in the industry that have developed reputations that might make you want to STAY AWAY from them.
Since the restrict web addresses on this site, I'm going to see if I can spell it out. If not, simply google "crescent processing + jon frankel" and if you're using GOOGLE, the second result will take you to my blog; from there you can visit the website.
worsecreditcardprocessors - of course you have to fill in the www and the .com.
