I received notification of guaranteed approved credit of $5000 with 0% interest for the first 12 months. I sent in a check for express processing for $49. My check has been cashed, but I have yet to receive my credit card. I have called numerous times to contact Capital Choice Consumer Credit and when I enter my approval number, the automated voice message tells me that number is not in the system and to try again.
