I received a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit on March 20, 2002 stating that I was "guaranteed approval for a Capital Choice Consumer Credit Platinum credit card" with a credit line of $5000. All I had to do was send in $43 for express processing. I sent in the $43 and have not heard anything since then. I feel I was ripped off!!! Jimmielee emporium, Pennsylvania
