Capital Choice Ripoff

Back in November of 2001, I received a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit stating that I am fully prequalified to receive a VISA credit card at 6% interest and a $5,000.00 credit limit. All that I had to do was send them a check for $39.00. I did this on December 15, 2001.

I have not heard from them since and they cannot be contacted without a credit card number which I never received. All of their phones are automated.

I plan to sue them and to contact the BBB in their area. I know this has happened to hundreds of other folks and I plan to solicite advertising to contact them in order to file a nationwide law suit that will put them out of business permanently.
