Capital city is a scandelous bank that uses services that is highly profitable for them and inconvenient and costly to the customers. They use their bounce protection service as a way to take customers money and tries to sell other services that they provide. Their employees are very rude and uncooperative. I would not refer anyone to this bank. Every comment that I have read share great similarity and consistency with the swindling day to day operation of this bank.
