THEM A CHECK FOR $37.00 FOR PROCESSING ON 9/11/00.
THIS WAS FOR A GOLD CARD 0% APR FOR THE FIRST YEAR
AND A $15,000 CREDIT LIMIT.
THIS CERTIFICATE WAS SIGNED BY A MR.DONALD FRANKLIN, CAPITAL CREDIT APPROVAL
DEPT.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM YET. I SEE
WHERE THEY HAVE SENT OTHERS A "CARDBOARD" GOLD CARD AND A CATALOG WITH WITCH YOU USE THEIR "GOLD CARD", TO BUY THEIR JUNK, AFTER PAYING 50% UP FRONT, IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT?
