Capital Finacial, American Finacial Card Representive told me this was a credit card to reestablish credit,it is a merchant card for a non existant web site WHAT A SCAM!!! Largo Florida

Received a call saying I was approved for a Capital finacial credit card, and that this card would help me build my credit. I was going on vacation in a few weeks and thought it was be a good thing to have. So wrong!

Received the card and a catalog of crappy merchandise.Called and immediately told the represenitive that I had been misled and wanted my $200.00 deposit back. She said no that I was played a recording that stated that it was a merchant card.

There was a recording but it was spoken as fast as the old micro machines commercial guy. When I told the rep that I didn't really catch a word she said He replied that it was just a reiterence of what he had already informed me of.

I said to cancel the card and she said I couldn't. I could not beleive the way she was talking to me. I told her to remove me and that I was reporting them to the Federal Trade Commision. She said my account would be canceled but that I would not get my $200.00 back.

Well last month I was charged by them after a year. I filed a complaint with the BBB of West Florida and the company said they would issue a full refund. Well they did send a refund but only for the cancelation fee and inactivity charges,not my $200.00.

I have reopeaned the file with the BBB and hopefully will receive the rest of my refund. Everyone else who has been scammed by this company,please file a complaint with the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU OF WEST FLORIDA PO BOX 7950 CLEARWATER FL 33758
