Pain in the a*s company

Never apply for a job with this company! Nearly all of my friends who temped at this company who applied for jobs never heard a word about their hiring status even when repeatly asked. This company even terminated their assignments before their year was up for those who applied with no explanation.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Hiring Process

AUTHOR: Jerry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 04, 2006

It is a known fact in San Antonio among recruiting firms that this company puts their prospective "employees" though a long drawn out process before they are hired. It takes more than 6 to 8 weeks. Walking around their "campus", you will notice that there are about 4 women to every man that works there. In the department that I worked in, the last male employee that was directly hired was more than two years ago. Also, expect your odds to be better of getting struck by lightning or winning the lottery than getting hired by the Capital Group.
