I went on line to find help in refinancing my home.  I was contacted by Mathew Shephard and was sent forms to fill out.  I completed the application for the Home Loan Refinancing Fee Agreement which required fee of $1,500.  I sent the completed application with the $1,500 to Capital Lending Advisors.  After two months nothing had been accomplished I tried to make contact with Mathew Shephard and David Wuest. My phone calls and emails went unanswered and to this date have not been able to make contact with ether of them .
