I received "Winning Final Notification" that I have won the De-Lotto North American Sweepstakes Lottery held on December 19, 2008 for $125,000. They sent a check for $4,875.00 from Key Bank of Washington. The notice stated I need to call Mr. Howard Blue prior to cashing the check and that I would have to pay $2,875 via Western Union or Moneygram to pay government taxes.

I have not nor will I reply knowing this is fraud. It is really sad that there are people who would do this in these times of need!
