Captial One Credit Card ripoff Virgina

i started out with a deposit of $150.00, through some bad business deals i fell behind. my credit limit was $300.00. i only charged $250.00. but now it is over $1072.00. i"ve tried to pay it of but the exra charges keep building until its impossible. i ask to have the account closed. they refised to until it was back down below the credit limit or paid of. i ask for a payment plan just to pay it off. they would not put anything in writing. next to the mob, these people are more like
