Back in September of 2002 i lost my wallet and i had credit cards in it.Someone found my wallet and used my cards.The only card im having a problem with is Capital One.A week or so before i lost my wallet i paid off my account in full.

Now the problem is thay wont take off the balance i didnt charge.Thay were Cash Advance.Thay told me that since i made up my own pin # i am beat,I got to pay it.I have not made a payment to them since,but i dont want to wreck my credit.I dont know what to do????

Another thing is i didnt file a police report.I loose my wallet often i usally find it weeks later so i didnt know i really lost it this time.Please Help
