I am filing a complaint against Capital Steel Industries because I signed the contract for a new steel building on December 27, 2010, gave them a deposit of $5873, and on March 7, 2011, they informed me there was an increase of $5135.06 on the contract. This is a breach of contract. In June, 2011, the building was delivered C.O.D. In the amount of $40,883.37.
