I will spare you the details, but don't shop for a car at this place. Read the BBB reviews and I can tell you they are still up to the dirty tricks they have been doing for years.

if you are a victim call kia motors North America - the only way these people will stop their poor business practices is by kia motors. Kia actually does care and with enough complaints will force these people to stop.
