Please Please DO NOT Use CapitolOneSharebuilder you will regret it Please trust me. ever since Capitol One took the over it has been one Nightmare after the other...And to add Insult to injury when I finall tried to close my account they Froze My Account and told me I Have to call them...Then they told me the only way to close my account is for them to issu me a check which can take 6o days or more...Customer service is Horrible i FINALLY Filed a complain with FEC.GOV ans OCC.GOV
