I placed an order on January 21, 2009. I e-mailed again about the same order on February 12, 2009. They e-mailed me back and said "sorry for the delay in your order due to a change in computer platforms. Your order was shipped today and should arrive the first of next week. Thank you for your patience."

I have never received the order and you cannot reach them by phone - the mail box is full.

These crooks need to be taken off any website.
