Car Corner of Cabot, Jim Farnam This guy is the biggest RIP OFF / SCAM artist in the WORLD!!! BE ADVISED! Cabot Arkansas

When I was 17 I went to Car Corner of Cabot to buy my first car. I picked out a red satun sc. About a week later my brakes locked up and I took it to a shop. They told me that my brakes locked up because my roters where so rusted that it broke and got loged in my brakes. I spent my whole paycheck on getting this fixed and didn't have the money to pay my car payment. So I called Mr. Farnam he told me that he would let is slide this time and I could make a double payment two weeks later.

Two weeks later I payed the double payment like we agreed. After a couple more payments the powersteering pump went out and I called Jim to inform him that I might miss the next payment but if I did that I would pay him the following week he told me that it would be ok just get the car fixed so I would have a car.

Two days later I was at school and I get called to the office Mr. Farnam was in the office and he told me that if I don't have the car at his house by 4:00 p.m. that he would have it repoed and I would have to pay a $300 repo charge. I returned the car and he told me that if I came to him the following day with the remaining $600 that I owed he would give me the car back.

The following day returned and my car was clean and back out on the line of cars waiting to be sold. In 24 hours Mr. Farnam changed his mind and wanted the original amount $2200 insted of my remaining $600. I refused to pay that amount and wanted my $1600 that I had already payed and he told me that he wouldn't do that. I ended up leaving the car and not getting my money back.

Now three years later I am in the same situation. This is not the first time that this man has done this to me, but I thought what the hell everyone deserves a second chance. That's where I was wrong. My boyfriend and I went to Jim for the second time to try to buy a car. We financed the car on November 29, 2007.

Over the four month period we had the car, we paid $1,200. On February 13, 2008 we changed jobs and wouldn't get paid until February 27,2008. So I called Jim to tell him I was going to be a week late on my last payment. Yeah, I said LAST payment. During the phone call he told me not to worry about anything that I only had $400 left to pay. That he would let it slide and he would see me in his office on February 27, 2008 to pay off the car.

Well it is now February 25, 2008 at 10:00 at night and the repo man just left my house. As the repo man was talking to me, we called Jim to find out what was going on. I asked him what he was doing and he bluntley said " I'm repoing your car." I asked him if he remembered tell me that I had nothing to worry about I only had $400 left to pay and that he would see me in his office on February 27,2008 to pay off the car he told me that he didn't remember saying anything of that kind.

I asked him if I brought the $400 that he was suppose to accept on February 27,2008 to him tomorrow February 26,2008 if I could have the car back. He told me that he didn't want the money that he wanted the car back. So now I am sitting in my dining room writting this RIP OFF report.

Anyone who is considering going to CAR CORNER OF CABOT be ADVISED!!

Jim Farnam is the most skill RIP OFF/SCAM ARTIST in the world and if there is a way that he can RIP you OFF he will go to any length to get it done.
