car rent from scottdale arizone hacked my debit card account. The bank said they are trying to used it since march 25 2014 since my card didnt go through they tried to used it again today april 14 2014. It was awful and its bad because youre trying to save money and somebody just hacked it like that. I hope you can help me with this problem. I want them to sue them for the illegal thing that they did.

How could they get your debit card info? Have you ever gone to their place before? If so, did you pay off whatever they were trying to charge you?

It does not make sense for someone who said his/her debit card info has been stolen but then still "keep" the card instead of cancel it and get a new one. Once the information has already been obtained by suspicious party, one should know that the card is now in high risk of being used again and again. However, the story said only from the same company, so there must be some more facts that are omitted from the report. Please complete your report...
