Cardin Logistics/aka RCIAMS Todd Ekeroth, Edgar Solorio and Carlos. Pay settlements are never paid in a timely manner. Most of the time you have to call for them. Not compensated for properly. California
*UPDATE Employee: Corrections
After driving for this company, we have decided that these people don't know what the Trucking Business is about. Todd E. may know how to buy and sell trucks but, when it comes to managing a trucking company, he nor his employees know what they are doing. Every week we were forced to call and request payment for services, If there was any money left on the fuel card, he would deduct that amount from your pay settlement. I received a $100 bonus for a DOT inspection and they politely kept it as "accessorial". Pam from Goldonna, Louisiana

"Every week we were forced to call and request payment for services"
For the most part this is sadly true, as we need to contact or speak with you to go through the numbers and make sure we are both on the same page, as to make sure we are not missing any information, receipts, or expenses you should be compensated for.
"If there was any money left on the fuel card, he would deduct that amount from your pay settlement"
The money placed on the card is yours, we deduct your pay for the amounts applied to your card, and we credit you back for all receipts related to the truck, fuel or authorized expenses. This was explained to you and all other drivers, it was also in your contract. This was truly meant as a benefit to the driver, as he/she might need to spend money on personal items but has not gone through a settlement, they could use part of the money on the card for such needs, and would have it deducted on their settlement (through the process i have already explained)
"I received a $100 bonus for a DOT inspection and they politely kept it as "accessorial". Pam from Goldonna, Louisiana"
This $100 bonus was for the truck being in proper and operational condition for the time it was under contract with the carrier, we pay all expenses to the truck to keep it that way. You are paid a percentage of Line Haul and Accessorial, even though you did little to earn that bonus you were still paid for part of it.
"After driving for this company, we have decided that these people don't know what the Trucking Business is about. Todd E. may know how to buy and sell trucks but, when it comes to managing a trucking company, he nor his employees know what they are doing"
And as you seem to want to make this a personal complaint instead of a professional note, let us know if there is a reason you feel you deserve to be compensated for other individual's work.
