We have an S Corporation. Chase is attempting to ruin my personal credit due to a missing/lost payment. With an S Corporation officers are not liable for debts of the company. They won't let me speak to their legal department because twice they insisted that they "don't have on". I went though this once before with Cahse and my credit rating was almost cut in half. Another (personal) aacount that I have with another company cut my credit limit from $31,200.00 to $1,000.00.

When you got the Chase Card did you sign a personal guarantee?

If so, that trumps the S-Corp as you agreed to be personally liable. In this case they have the right to place the account on your personal credit report.
