I had a debit posted against my checking account with my Visa debit card that I don't remember authorizing the charge for OR since I don't remember ever installing and/or using the product, have been trying to get my money back. Unfortunately, for me, since I used a debit card, my local bank has notified me I have no way of initiating a refund process through them since I didn't use a credit card.
What's far worse is that this company can't even be located, nor can the product they charged me for - TweakPC Suite 2009 - be located anywhere I have searched on the Internet! I want my money back (all of it) and am convinced this company, wherever they are, is a fraudulent operation I'd like to see shut down before they rip any other consumer off.
