This web site is an scam.
Because of this:
i paid 1032$ for a device but they don't send the package.
they said that they'll send the package via DHL in 2 days but they give me fake serial for tracking the package but it was a LIE.

I wish you would have waited to hear back from us initially instead of "jumping the gun" as you put it and posting here.  Your order was shipped as you stated in your post you created here:

As we explained there was a small technical problem with our server that has since been sorted out and your order was shipped with tracking provided 2 days ago.  We appreciate the fact that you did update your original posting.

For all future customers, if you do not hear from us for 12-24 hours, please do not over react.  We will respond and all orders are always shipped.

This company is nothing but a scam

I also sent Daniel Abbott money for items I requested and he proceeded to tell me to just cut my losses and move on. I don't know who the customer above me is, but Daniel and cardreadersolution.com is definitely a scammers site. DO NOT order anything from there, unless you'd like to part with your money and have nothing to show in return.

Honest Company

Quite frankly, I'm shocked to see this report. I don't know Daniel personally, but over the internet he has helped me  and even advised against more expensive options. He's a very helpful guy who runs the most honest company selling card readers. When I have dealt with CRS a dozen times, he has always promptly and courteously responded to my emails. On top of that, he obviously knows his stuff with with the products and business in general, and is clearly successful in what he does. He has absolutely no reason to cheat a willing customer.

This poster seems to have taken advantage of the anonymous nature of RipOffReport.com, a website where anyone can post anything about anybody, to smear an honest company.  I am glad it has been responded to already. Personally I would ignore this one report, it is miniscule in comparison to the hundreds of people Card Reader Solution has helped.

False Accusations From An Unreasonable "Customer"

I was notified about this report from one of our clients.

I am not particularly worried about this report as we have had hundreds of successful purchases and dozens of repeat customers.  This will have no long standing effect on our reputation, it is however a small stain which needs to be addressed.

While this "customer" did indeed come to our site to purchase some products.  They were informed of our very limited promotional offer of "buy 1 get 1 free".  It was however specified that this promotional offer ONLY applies to identical products.  Buy 1 of our CRS card readers, you will receive the exact same model free; if you purchase a custom made product you will receive an identical one free.

Order was placed and it was stated that the terms were understood.  We received payment and within less than 12 hours were told that the client wanted their free product to be made for another model, essentially 2 completely custom products.  They were informed that this was not possible and we could not complete this.

We offered them 2 choices, first we could make 2 identical products for the price of 1 as agreed upon previously.  Second, would be a full refund which we happily provided. 

This individual then stated they wanted 2 custom products or they would "tell on every scam website about you".  We informed them that we had issued a complete refund.  Assuming this was the end of it, we left the situation alone and kindly asked not to be contacted again by this customer.  The payment information for the refund was by Liberty Reserve and is as follows:

This entire "Ripoff Report" is false and misleading to all new potential customers.  We have 100s of customers and a testimonials page as well.
