I am not sure who made this report but I can assure you that there are absolutely ZERO pending cases against me or my company with the states Attorny General, small claims court, civil court or any other court. Nor have there ever been.
We have never infringed on a copyright and we are a preferred installer for most pool equipment chosen by the manufacturers.
There are no contracts that have been left unfullfilled and the majority of my business is through word of mouth adverstising. As the premier pool builder in New Jersey, we have contracts for new construction that will take us well into 2016.
We constistanly generate this much business by treating each and every client with the utmost respect and urgency. I would ask that if anyone have a complaint about me, my staff or my business to contact me directly to discuss.
