Victor L. Regis
Is a conartist and has been for years. His sole purpose with his business is to get you to order large catering orders and not fullfil them. He can not be trusted. I was referred to him by a friend who had visited a location he was serving food. I was impressed with the food so I decided to place an order for an upcoming event. I gave Mr. Regis a large upfront deposit because he stated he needed it to purchase the food for the event. I was reluctant but decided to anyway because of the referral. I never heard from him again. I made several efforts to reach out to him but he later changed his number.
He is a Con Man. I later found out that he has ran many scams around the city. Please beware of him. He is opening a location and Im sure the food will be good. Beware of doing any other business with this guy.
