Predatory lending, writes in junk fees, forged signatures, get's people in over the heads with payments to pick up foreclosers, has been in a duplex scam with Randy Gulbranson and real estate agent Ken Wyatt. Will become a silent partner with you and collect the rent, while he keeps the rent and let's it you go in to thousands of dollars in the Mortgage's payments that sends you into forcloser and tells you that the renter's haven't paid and let's the renters stay on the property instead of evicted them. Pretends to be an active manger of the property and dosen't fix a thing and then you become a slum lord with fines.
