Carl Preston Smith - Benchmark Roofing Benchmark is very evasive and fraudulent in performing warranty work Upland, California

This complaint was such a fraudlant piece .  Tammi Duran is a mentally disturbed , criminal and liar that I terminated.  We went back on these jobs to see if there was a problem and there wasn't.  Whats interesting is that Tammi and her boyfriend showwed up at my office begging me to hire her boyfriend back and she apologized for her MOTHER writing this Rip Off report on me simply because I let her and her boyfriend go.  Her bouyfriend was very apolpgitic to me about what Tammi had her MOTHER do.  They had a new daughter and needed work for they couldn't pay their rent, etc  Usually I would help msomeone if I could  But this is a real mental case.  Her boyfriend admitted this to me.  She stole from me many times.  I don't know what has happened to them.  I haven't read this report in many years.  But I thoughtI would update it .  

Carl Preston Smith of Benchmark Roofing in Upland has not had a valid licence sence 5/30/2009 and is not allowed to contract roofing work over 750.00. Bob and Mercedes Steiner of Benchmark Home Inspections has had problems with Carl and Nancy Smith for years. He has posed as a Benchmark Home Inspector and done inspections for Buyers who thouhgt they were getting a Certified inspections and did not.
