I have been trying to get an earnest money deposit returned to me for more than 35 days now.
He has lied to me, not fulfilled his promises, and certainly not made me a priority.

Was I frustrated with Mr. Welte's schedule and effort? Yes. Was I ripped off by him? Absolutely not. Was he a bad agent? No. I never dealt with him directly as an agent. He was the sellers agent, I was the buyer. He returned my earnest money deposit in full.
In no way should this original posting be considering as a representation of Mr. Welte.
