Carl Weston is a ripoff Westminster, California

I know about the dealings James Pinkerton had with Carl Weston. About the so called gripe Carl Weston has about the van he sold to James. Carl Weston's Name is not on the van title nor is Richard Andrews who Carl hired to sue James in court. The case was dismissed for two reasons.

1. Richard's name is not on the van title.

2. If Richard had showed up for court. Most likely he would have ended up with fraud charges. Richard also has yet to pay his court charges from when he sued James. Carl lied that the van ran. The van did not run and could only be driven at 10 to 15 mph. The list of problems with the van. The driveshaft was twisted and kinked at both ends, the rearend was bent and twisted, the transmission was shot, the engine block was cracked, there was rust in the gas tank, the oil was thick as molasses, the spark plugs were shot, battery shot and suspension shot. To be blunt, it would take a crew of 6 mechanics and $45,000 to make this van drivable. The price quoted is for parts from a salvage and does not include labor. So Carl saying this van runs is a lie. Just because the keys go in the ignition and the engine starts does not mean the vehicle runs. James tried to return the van to Carl and could not because Carl would not take the van back nor return Jame's money because in Carl's words "I'm in the middle of a big court case and don't have time." (Carl was drunk and stoned when he said this to James.) Carl was also too stupid and ignorant to be able to handle the $90 cash James was giving him to take James to the 2 payday loan places to take out loans. Carl left James owing money to two payday loan companies.

Carl is also playing games by pretending to be collections in an attempt to scam noney from James. Carl does not know enough about anything and just likes to blow smoke and make himself look big and important. Do not count on getting anything from Carl. You can have attorneys write letters to Carl and get nothing. You can sue Carl in court and he will not pay. To top it off Carl likes to hide at the liquor store and pretend to be on big court cases. All Carl tells and shows you about his court cases and law experience is fake. Carl likes to pull garbage off the internet and do copy and paste then edit it to say what he wants it to say before he prints it out and claims it as his.
