It really disturbs me to read all of these negative comments. Every person whom have written in to this forum had mad a CONSCIOUS descision in purchasing this course. Everyone should know that IF YOU DON'T PUT FORTH AN EFFORT NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE! I bought the course, and within 4 months purchased a 165k home with no money down, and with a credit score of only 590! People when buying something online, or through TV must first ask themselves, can I make this program work for ME! Based on what I have read in this forum is all of this Sheets bashing with no REAL concrete evidence that this program doesnt work! All Im reading is people bitching about how bad this course is but I can guaratee you that many people who purchased this course did a d**n thing with it. Its probably sitting in their closet as you are reading this. So as I was taught as a youngster, DONT HATE THE PLAYERS HATE THE GAME. If you dont make a TRUE EFFORT in changing your finacial situation NO ONE ELSE WILL! NUFF SAID!

It's great when or if you're making money from it BUT if you are not, as in my case and in the person filing the complaint, it does not
feel very good. I too signed a contract for
"personal coaching". This coaching I received was completely different than what was pitched. I could read off a form and do that in my sleep from a cell phone number for 3000 dollars too.
But could/would I feel good about it? NO!!!!!

It gets questionable as to if it moral or not.
I wish it was easier to get some sort of agreement with these Sheets people. The man who
pitched said the coach would give me time to
move - the coach wouldn't. etc. etc. My grandfather died at the age of 93- he just wanted to end the "extra time" contract you
get if you keep up.

Aren't these people humand is my question. All I got was NO, from the coach and "OH, Yes" from the guy who pitched it. I could forsee these things coming up that they would need to wait for me for so I could keep the extra 6 months. In reality it was "NO". You lose your "extra sessions" with these coaches. So just because you are not feeling like Sheets does have a different name, and on an income of 24,000 dollars they keep 3 thousand, it does not mean it doesn't happen.- To be very angry that it.

I have not resolved my dealings yet and have
had it going on for 11 months. They can
write contracts all right. Just for them and
you have a hard time getting what you pay for.

well i just wanted to say that the no money down program does too work, my husband baught the program and it works well. i dont get into real estate so he does it on his own, but i see the results. my husband is only 19 years old and we are in the process of moving into a $700,000.00 house and we were not rich people before the program, actually we had almost no money. now my husband is a real estate investor. you all can say that it doesnt work but im living proof that it does. i dont know what you all are doing wrong but it works.

I would suggest learning how to write correctly and use the proper punctuation. As soon as someone opens their mouth and speaks, the rest of the world realizes how ignorant and foolish that person is. You'll appear much more professional when you get your act together.
