Carley Insurance Agrees to have services performed then refuses to pay Gahanna, Ohio

Bryon Carley asked me to repair a computer, which I did.  I invoiced for my time several times without payment or contact.  I finally called to collect, & he then said the machine had some other issue & would pay my original invoice if I fixed that, so, I did.  Again, billed several times & got the same exact response, so I went out one more time, only to see the machine working fine.  I did not invoice for the subsequent visits BTW.  My latest invoice to him resulted in an arguement & his flat refusal to pay.
