Williams and Pope claim to have access to billions dollars of Chinese investors money and take a "refundable" $15,000 fee. Pope poses as a reclusive billionaire living on a huge estate in NC and flying around on his G-5. In actuallity, he lives in a rented house in NC and based on court records has had homes foreclosed on in Northern CA. Carlton is his bag man and has had run-ins with the SEC in the past. After failing to fund, they never refund the $15,000 fee. Based on our research, there are over 60 victims of this scam. Don't be #61....
