Carmal financial corp Would not give any information regarding account

 I went to refinance my home this year and found out this company had a lein against my home. I was never notified of this. I have had no communication with this company since 2009. I called them today to get information on the account. I was speaking with someone there and he told me he can not disclose any information about the account. My wife asked why and he very rudely said if she didn't get off the phone the call will be terminated. She said that she was not even on the phone. I had the call on speaker. He then rudely hung up on me.
