I am 80 years old and have had open heart surgery !
On 6-7-21 I reserved and paid for in advance a trip to Scarsdale and a return trip back on 6-20-21. I paid a premium for Father's Day. They did not show for the trip to Scarsdale or for the return trip offering no excuse abusing me in the process even hanging up. Messages were ignored. To make matters worse, I subsequently discovered that on 6-7 they additionally charged me $89.75 for a false and unauthroized reserveration.
It took mew much time, effort and aggravation months latter to finallky resolve this. I am still out of pocket $40 which I had to pay last minute for a Yellow cab to take me to Scarsdale. I was obviously late for my own celebration !
The NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission fined them and they completely ignored the BBB ! It should be ashamed of its disgracefull, fraudulent conduct ! 8-31-2021
