Carmen And Ralph Bove/Carmen Giambino Former Married Name they inherited over $200.000.00 in the last year/she rents her apartment out while she is away in treatment/does not report income to IRS either Queens, New York New York, Queens County

There are three seperate people lovong at the same address 22-16 79th Street, Jackson Hgts New York or Astoria Ny. All three are collecting benefiys when they have all within the last year and a half inherited approoximately some $300,000.00 thousand dollars between them.

Carmen Bove is currently in Day Top Village collecting Welfare to pay for it while she has this money pending n Civil court under her Fathers name Michael Bove. She is also collecting rent monies from people staying there while she is upstate in treatment.

Her brother Ralph was living there for a while and has inherited some money, however he was placed in Riker Island on some warrants. He has some serious medical problems which he has filed a civil suit againt re department of corrections although he is and has not been under a doctors care for it at all.

Then there is Robert Qurik who did the same thing by going nto Day Top village while he inherited $130,000.00 which he hid through his sister laurie quirk living in brooklyn. Now that he got out he has applied again for wekfare although his sister is holding the money.

What's really funny about this is that they are all using the same address to collect the benefits from. You people should at least have a lean on them to get reimbursed as Ralph alone spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on medical bill when he was attacked about a year ago. He has a 401 K plan through the Dailey News in New Jersey and continued to work there even after he was released from the hospital.
