the local police in caro have a ticket trap,this is a large part of the citys income,the local court treats people like dirt they will talk down to you like your garbage,after all they are all well paid goverment employees with good health care and nice retirements,Is the goverment in this country out of control or what.They sit at the traffic lights where you cant see them.Caro making money from tourist.
