I sent in a request for a cash offer from caroffer.com for a vehicle worth 3500-4000. They sent back an offer of only $100. I noticed that another person had complained about this and received the exact same offer.
They stated that they could only sell my car by auction, however this vehicle was bought by auction over a year ago and sold for the price range above.

It would appear that they are trying to scam people out of their money no matter what the vehicle.
