Update I just spoke to H.R. Privitte at 1-800-866-6898 and Ruth Dodd they both said I had the wrong company that this was International Home Furniture not Carolina Furniture.

I recognized their voices and confronted Ruth on the Phone. I have tried to reach the No. Carolina Attorney General's Office on consumer fraud. But I was only able to leave a message.
