The people at Carolina Physicians Network are very rude, nasty, and aggravating people to have to deal with. Despite sending checks to the collection agency, Carolina Physicians Network sent my account to the SC State to be garnished out of my taxes, forcing me to pay twice. They are now sending new bills which I have already paid to be garnished out of my SC state income taxes also. They said they had no proof I had paid the bills, even though they were paid by garnishing my Income Tax Return. Do not deal with Carolina Physicians Network. These people are clearly just a bunch of crooks and they cleverly disguise unethical behaviour by also offering very poor customer service.

Having problems reaching Carolina Physicians Network?

I am an employee of a doctor's office that receives all the calls from the CPN's people they sent collection bills to... I work for Dr. Jay Fernando's office at 2711 Randolph Rd, Suite 207, Charlotte, NC 28207. Our phone number is (704) 378-4357.
WE ARE NOT CAROLINAS PHYSICIANS NETWORK! I am the receptionist at the office I work at and I receive about 5-10 calls per day with people, like you, that are looking for the actual Carolinas Physicians Network. I don't know why they have our phone number listed, but we are not them. I cannot tell you anything about your bill because the doctor I work for didn't see you. It was another doctor that is at CMC hospital. We aren't even affiliated with CMC. We are affiliated with Presbyterian.
I just wanted to state that (704) 378-4357 is NOT the number you need to call to resolve or dispute your collection bill. I do not have the correct number to give you either. TRUST ME! I wish I did because as many calls I receive about it, I'd love for them to get the calls I get.
