Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Kristin C. Sims was my real estate agent. She hustled me into a bad deal and disclosed private and privilaged information. I later found out she is in bancruptcy court and owes back taxes. Avoid her and this company unless you want to be hussled into deals that are in her best interest. (Bancruptcy and Taxes have payments that need to be made.) She also works 2 other jobs. One of them is at the The Dump Furniture Clearance Store. She tried to hussle me into buying furniture from there.

Call The Dump at 214-296-6200 to confirm that Kristin C. Sims works at the Dump Fri, Sat, and Sun morning till night selling mattresses. During this time she is not showing your property that is for sale or lease. She is not finding you a place to live during these times either. Ask her to show you all of her finances for the last 5 years and all of her tax records. Due you really trust a person like this with important decisions and financial implications? I don't. I will be taking my busines to another real estate company that is truly a luxury real estate company.

I'm surprised to find these reports about Kristen having known her for over 6 years I found her a total joy to work with. Whomever is posting this slanderous garbage about her must be a little mental. I'd love to see some actual facts and names that can be verified. It's easy to make up stuff and post it anonymously. Kristen and I worked together at local commercial real estate firm years ago and remain friends to this day. Gotta love the internet and the crazies that post stuff there.
