We cannot find any customer named Clay from New York or any customer from Ashton, New York. We have nothing to do with National Software and only used them as a helpdesk before we hired our own techs. If Clay would contact us we will do whatever we can to resolve his issues and make him a happy customer like the rest of our customers. I believe this is just an attempt by one of our competitors to try to keep people from buying our software. Afterall, we provide the best value in the marketplace for about 25% of the price of our competition.
