This company has either taken the carlinkit device to market it at a higher price or made their own device. The device connects to an iPhone and creates a wireless bridge for Apple CarPlay which usually requires the phone be plugged into the USB port on the vehicle.
The site for this company has a review section but it's only the highest reviews, I posted a one star review and it didn't post on the site. They have a 15 day return policy but they don't respond and there is a re stocking fee which isn't reasonable since the device does not work consistently.
They want to charge a re stocking fee to still profit from the sale. They may have good intentions for the device to work but they need to fix all the issues before trying to sell them. The company says it's based in London but the device ships from China and it took 4 weeks for the device to arrive after ordering it.
They charge 159.95 for the device.

CPlay2air is not so bad...

I have a long technical background and own a tech company. I use apple products and the CPlay2air device.
This report is complaining about various issues that seem a bit over dramatic.
Since there are not a lot of options for wireless AirPlay, the price is fine.
restocking fees are normal these days, since most people abuse return policies anyway.
the device that I received works well... I have used one for maybe a year, and it serves its purpose without too much issue.
the company should profit from the sale, and even the return, to support the ongoing operations of the company. also, products shipping from various locations is not unusual.
as far as their response time from the company... try using social media, e.g. twitter to get a better response.
this is not a ripoff report... this was just someone complaining about life.
