hauled a load of frieght from Houston Tx to Tampa Fl  for Carroll Fulmar under the promise that i would be paid upon reciept of delivery known as quickpay. When i went to collect i was told that i was going to have wait 90 days before i could get paid for any and all loads hauled for them. This is a big rip off as far as im concerned. I am a Owner Operator that runs my own truck and does my own dispatching and for a large corp to rip off a person for 1700.00 who does a job to completion for them is wrong
