I made the mistake of calling them and I wish I hadn't. I placed one call and gave them my fiances number so he could coordinate them coming out to rekey his car. They wouldn't give me a quote on the phone, only in person quotes were offered. I was assured there would be no charge when they come out until after they gave us an estimate and we decided to have them do the service.

It wound up not working out that evening, so I called them back and said we couldn't do it, but that we would likely be making an appointment the following day and that we would call them. The guy on the phone would not stop interrupting me to say that they would call us in the morning. I repeatedly told them that we would call and make an appointment when we knew our availability.

The next day we received 3 calls back to back before 8am from them. My fiance eventually answered and asked if they could call back in an hour as we were trying to sleep. They called back and my fiance made an appointment. They came out to look at his car, an early 2000's Kia Rio and gave him an estimate of $360 to rekey the car. He called me to talk it over and I could hear technician yelling in the background when he was giving me their estimate that "she didn't say that" and then they backtracked and cut their estimate down to $180. I told my fiance I thought that we should ask them to leave and call another locksmith and the technician said that it would be $20 since she came out and gave an estimate so we decided to just have them make the key. They wanted an additional 10% just to run a card for us and I wasn't entirely comfortable with them having my card information, so we decided to pay cash just to be done with it. We still overpaid by about $40-60, but it got them to go away.
